Issues on the Tiers.
Added 2020-12-18 11:41:56 +0000 UTCSome fellows are having some problems in accessing some posts. I contacted the support, and to avoid any misunderstood of mine, I will paste what they sent me:
"Upon review, it appears some of your patrons are on "no tier" status. No tier patrons do not have access to posts on a tier. When you delete a tier, patrons are not automatically moved into a new tier.
Not to worry though – they can quickly unlock access by clicking the “Join now for $X” button on one of the locked posts. If they've already paid that dollar amount, they won’t be charged in addition, however, joining the Tier should unlock those posts for them."
Please let me know if it was helpful. I will keep contacting the support in case of not.
