Mods use the same game resources, so if you install a lot of mods, a "mess" may appear and errors will start to appear. If something doesn't work or doesn't work correctly, just delete the "natives" folder (... steamapps \ common \ RE3 \ natives). It won't hurt the game in any way. There are no game resources in this folder, only mods. Do this from time to time.
