Charge upfront activated!
Added 2018-07-03 05:10:48 +0000 UTCJust a quick update, the Charge Upfront option has been activated on my Patreon, that means that new people who decide to become my patrons will be charged instantly at the moment of making their pledge and from then on all future charges will be made at the 1st day of each month, as usual.
For all my current Patrons don't worry, this doesn't affect you, you will still be charged only the 1st day of each month, however, if you decide to increase your patron level, Patreon will charge you the difference instantly, for example, if you are a Lvl 2 patron ($5 usd) and you decide to upgrade to a Lvl 3 patron ($10 usd) Patreon will charge you that extra $5 usd instantly, then your future charges will be made every 1st day of every month you keep subscribed.
This is a highly desired feature by any creator on Patreon, because it prevents the stealing of content, even I with only one month on the platform, 9 people stole my content in June, maybe that doesn't sound like a lot, but it's not about money, it's about action, as a creator that hurts your soul (yes, mangos have soul) but hopefully we can leave those days in the past now.
