New Year, Old Mango!

My doctor told me a couple of days ago that I suffer from depression, fortunately he also says that my kind of depression is very easy to treat and with the medication I will return to normal very soon.
My intention isn't make you feel bad for me or anything, I'm fine now, I just want to give you a message. If you feel sad for no reason at all, if you just want to be alone all the time and not talk to anyone, if you have thought that this world would be better without you, I want you to know that all those things you think are wrong with you, are not, you are depressed and there are professionals who can help you, please go see your doctor and be yourself again. This life is beautiful and is waiting for you to come back.
