OK Deactivating the custom domain works. We can all log in now. But why dosen’t activating the custom domain work? It would be nice to have the url say www.selectacorp.com instead of redirecting to http://b545a5e94033-002151.vbulletin.net/ Will update the ticket

2016-01-03 14:02:39 +0000 UTCA honest mistake, Ulver. Whatever it's worth, I wouldn't beat yourself up too much. Hoping the vbulletin tech support can revert things back to the original settings.

2016-01-03 13:43:07 +0000 UTCIt is all entirely my fault. I activated the domain name www.selectacorp.com and that seems to have caused all the issues. I clearly do not understand DNS records as well as I thought I did. The CNAME Record point correctly to http://b545a5e94033-002151.vbulletin.net/ but there seems to be a step missing somewhere since the site is still listed under the url http://b545a5e94033-002151.vbulletin.net/ and not www.selectacorp.com From browsing the support forum it appears someone might need to do something manually at the hosting end to finalize things. Hope they are on duty in the weekend
