Latest Exec2Sec: Suits to Skirts v1.46!

1.) a fix for the VP/Sec issue
2.) a re-jig based on LW's suggestions for floaters and meeting rooms
3.) a couple new engagements for Peter!
4.) you can now access the library and lounge when you hit CEO
5.) a new 'ball buster' mode which is harder still
6.) Misc stuff that was broken
7.) A new end game rewards option "Reap what you have sown"
8.) Great promotion/demotion scenes from Strangelove and MaxDS
I have NOT incorporated Jefferson's edits but will for next build, nor have I done anything w/SFX.
Looking forward to the inevitable bugs and great feedback you have all become known for!
