Just sharing some more recent reward art.

Also, a small update:
This month's comic is forthcoming. I'm doing everything I can not to be late with it, but it'll be a bit different this time around.   I had planned another double-sized canon comic but shifted gears about halfway through the month.  The tumult caused by the unexpected arrival of an itty-bitty kitten and some bad news about the health of a close family member cut into my sleep time enough that I just haven't been functioning at full capacity the past few weeks.  So, feeling like I couldn't really do a canon update justice, next will be a large "mini"-comic instead. I hope it doesn't prove disappointing for anyone (I'm having fun with it - it's highly kitten-inspired), but you are, of course, absolutely free to decline your pledge if things here aren't meeting with your expectations.  The canon comic updates will resume in October.

Thank you for that kind and thoughtful message, and for your support. Your understanding means a great deal (as does your long-time readership). =)

Ms. Butler - I've been a fan of Lackadaisy since I first stumbled across it back in my first year of college in 2007. This past year, finding you hanging about on Patreon, I was thrilled to be able to support you and your work beyond simply being a fan, catching up on updates when they came out, and saving up for a calendar or book. You do wonderful work and you always let the community know what's up and that you haven't lost your enthusiasm for Lackadaisy, even if there are some bumps and delays in the road. That's all I would ask on the professional end - keeping open communication. If/when you decide to move on to a new project, I'm more than happy to support you because I know your work is well worth the wait, current projects and new. Otherwise, please take care of yourself, first and foremost, and don't worry too much about the impatient, the demanding, or the complainers. If people don't understand that you've got a life to live and Lackadaisy is only a beloved part - not all - of that, then they really need to turn off the computer and take a long walk outside with their thoughts for company. Take care and I hope things settle down to a more comfortable pace for you! - A long time fan
