Update:
I've pumped the water out of my cellar, my heat and hot water are back on, I've cleaned up and dried off what I can, dealt with some of my equipment issues, and though my upstairs will need some professional repairs, the damage isn't nearly as devastating as some people here are facing after the flood. I'm just thankful my house is livable right now. As of tonight, I'm back to making forward progress on comics.
Once again, thank you everyone for your understanding and patience. It has made a pretty cruddy situation much more bearable.
