Can these blow my pants off!? That's the question and state of mind as I go into this because the last video... Blew my socks clean off.
This is inspirational for anyone wanting to create something with monsters in. I'm talking filming, writing, art, whatever the medium. Use this, I know I will be!

It's funny that Iceborne called an expansion because it is basically an entire game on it's own. Your first impression of Barioth was awesome because right before you mentioned Power Rangers the scene reminded me of an old Zoids toy that was a white tiger or something! Also if you do carry on to watching Monster Hunter Wilds you should watch a cutscenes video instead of only the monster intros. There are some great dialog scenes, there's scenes that build up to actually fighting the monster, and some other pretty pretty epic moments. And a change in Wilds you'd enjoy is the player character has dialog and actually talks! There's just quite a bit of awesome stuff that happens outside of facing the monsters for the first time. Plus it would be great to see your reaction to the famous Monster Hunter food cutscenes that are missing from the World and Iceborne monster intro videos!

2025-09-03 13:16:48 +0000 UTCIf you're thinking of picking up MH, it has a similar combat to Elden Ring and Dark Souls. I've been playing the series since MH: TRI. As for teaming up with monsters, you don't in any of the main games. Monster Hunter Stories, you do.
