Preference for 2nd-person scenes & short stories

I am curious as to whether there is any preference for scenes directly involving the player, or if the short stories present in The Lab are enjoyed just as much.
Since I think most of you are playing an interactive game in order to have interaction, I will phrase the question carefully. Here it is:
When new content is added to The Lab, would you be happy to see more short stories (Observation room, sensory stone, Library) and fewer monster-on-player scenes?
