Start of Book 3! (and slight passive adjustment)

You'll probably notice based on the fact that the next chapter begins with 3.1 instead of 2.89, but yesterday marked the end of what I'm intending to make book 2 when I finally publish! Book 2 ended up being much longer than book 1, but it was a lot of fun to write! Now then, I've already got a good chunk of book 3 written, so we're running straight into it without any sort of pause or anything! Ever onward!
The only other thing I wanted to mention was a slight change I made during a recent round of editing. Back in chapter 83, while Vin is discussing with Shia what passive he should choose for hitting level 25, he'd originally been struggling with two choices before finally choosing to go with Resistant Runes over Mana Well. Some excellent reader feedback led to me revisiting the decision, and after giving it a lot of thought, I've since switched Vin's choice to Mana Well as I felt it fit his character better and what he intends to do with his magic (it basically boils down to Resistant Runes being better for learning high tier magic because those backlashes are rather fatal, while Mana Well is better for casting lots and lots of low tier spells, which is kinda Vin's thing. And he really likes super charging his spells with mana via Runic Recalibration). Not a huge change overall, and it only required me to make a few slight adjustments to a few chapters, but I wanted to make everyone aware so there wouldn't be any confusion when it eventually comes up down the line haha.
