because i'm scared

been hesitating about sharing this. worried somebody may see this then also be too scared to talk to somebody about their problems.
but i hope by sharing this, i can show someone they are not alone with this fear. Maybe that can help prepare them to trust somebody with those issues.
i hope so. I'm so scared of talking to anybody about stuff for various reasons. This picture here shows two of those.
