Just correction - "Wild Bell" (Wild Bell vs Wild Bill, right?) then "You know they hang Horse Thieves!?" - of course I'm in upper central USA, the "Wild West" area and the RL grammar if this was in RL probably would have been talking like this so you are right either way;-) Just to a modern reader they'd spell it that way.
