Yeah, Ive done the boob sleve thing in other works. For perfect fiting it has to be custom for every big girl.

It'd have to be custom fit to a woman - or using modern stretchy materials for a soft but conforming fit. IMO the huge breast ladies might like it if soft enough - no sweat and stink from skin on skin contact constantly.
