Yeina and... vampires?

Night time had fallen before she had had a chance to make it home. Now here she was, trussed up and naked, in a cold stone tower. What was to become of her she didn't have to ponder long, as from somewhere high above came a chorus of shrill cries. Suddenly she was surrounded by a swarm of tiny bats that darted forward in pairs to bite her bound and blood engorged breasts. Unseen, in the shadows, The Queen patiently watched her pets sating their hunger. An evil grin spread across her face at the sight of the young woman dancing helplessly in mid-air upon her ropes.
