I had an inkling that something like this could happen, but I didn't think the showrunners would go through with it at the time. Boy was I wrong! This is only my 2nd time watching it and it's still not easy to watch! Compound V will mess you (and innocent bystanders) up! Also, the comics and the show are quite different from each other (from what I hear). For instance, in the first episode, when Starlight is tricked into performing oral sex on the Deep, it's actually Homelander, A-Train, and someone else (can't remember) that sexually assault her in the comics. Many believe that the show is superior to the comics (I can't attest to that as I have not read the comics, I've only watched videos on the differences between the show and the comics), and from what we've seen so far in 3 seasons, I can't argue with them! Buckle up, because you're going to see some crazy, f-upped stuff (you haven't really seen anything yet)!
