I'd use creative rubber, like boots with loose transparent rubber and then a dress where the sides are solid but front/back transparent so you can see her crotch in lace panties barely covering her puffy privates. Her boobs would need to be covered in transparent plastic, nice and sweaty along with see through gloves for her hands. Finally her face should have a mask/breathing apparatus and something to protect her eyes. Well technically she's a cleric/healer so probably immune from this thing going around...but still. Awesome and sexy pics you've done already of course!
