Maybe she is inside a monster and she is about to experience some extreme pleasure with those elements. I hope you like this image. Please let me know your toughts.

Like how there's one ready to penetrate her mouth she doesn't notice... She's been too used to enemies focusing on her breasts but her feet and hips and rear/V areas are now super sensitive...
