Blanks her mind and keeps her stimulated so kind of a 'sex slave' curse spell. The Orc put it on her after the boob rack and other 'training' to sell her.

I wasn't sure on it, but seeing it executed in good art makes me wanna do it for sure now. Thanks man! You probably, unintentionally inspired me, LOL 😆
