This episode is adorable. Love how Gina stepped up even though at times she was at odds with Carlos. And they showcased her singing and dancing! She really is a beast and continues to have a strangle hold on my heart. Also love EJ this episode. I love that he's exploring and trying to find himself. Duke is his family's legacy, but it doesn't have to be his. He deserves to find what makes him happy. And I love his relationship with Mr. Mazarra and how his comments bring out a softer side in EJ. Loved that he was checking out Gina. They both have come a long way since the first season.

2023-06-15 22:15:17 +0000 UTCI love this episode, it's so sweet. Growing up there were no LGBT+ kids on Disney shows, not one. So to watch Seb and Carlos kiss and sing to each other means a lot and will really help kids today to feel more accepted. Also they're a couple in real life, they fell in love as Carlos and Seb did, and they do live shows together all the time. I'll have to request one of their performances in the monthly video reactions at some point. Seb singing The Climb was done 100% live which shows his talent. Gina's song was lip synced due to the dancing lol but it was still amazing and she's a fantastic dancer. The actress is Sofia Wylie and she posts dances on TikTok, she's so good. I feel so bad for Mr Mazzara in this episode, he clearly likes Miss Jenn and he's so adorable. His little shoulder shimmy during Gina's dance is the cutest. I wish she'd notice him. And yes, North High stealing their show is so mean. They suck. And worse is yet to cone from that lot. 😒 I look forward to the next episode. It has two songs that I love, including my favourite Nini song from the entire show. It's written by Olivia and it's STUNNING! You're going to love it I hope. 😊
