Omg, this show is so intense, but so good! I mean, poor Bobby! Carrying that weight with him for 5 years! Can you imagine? And I love how ready Buck is to help someone he's only talked with on the phone. I mean, they do have a relationship already, but he's never even met her in person and there is no hesitation whatsoever! This show, man, this show!

The next few seasons occasionally have episodes called “____ begins” that focus on that characters history. Season 1 is probably the heaviest season; the other seasons have some pretty heavy episodes, but not as many as season 1. I love Carla sooo much. And I love seeing the FireFam start to get closer to each other.

2022-09-12 15:29:16 +0000 UTCI remember the accident that they based the opening emergency on… my sister used to like showing me those videos of “death/emergencies caught on camera” (I was terrified of that stuff). I forget exactly where it was, but I know it wasn’t America. It was a big wedding and the building wasn’t stable. I was 10 when I saw it, and it’s still in my mind to this day.
