Awhile back I heard they were making a movie/series about Holmes with Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio...but it looks like it's still not greenlit anywhere.

Just FYI, they did know how to kill him, he's a spirit, so they would have had to salt and burn his bones, but as Sam said, his body was encased in 2 tons of concrete, so they had no way to get to it. So, a nice little poetic justice was to encase his spirit in cement as well. 😊 I always assumed that Dean laced the cement with some rock salt, just to make sure he was extra trapped. 😊
