I’ve never really seen anything like it before, telling a story without words and just using music and facial expressions and dance. You definitely got it, that’s what I pretty much took away from the piece. It’s called Two because this boy is going on this journey of healing and remembering and understanding his struggles and confusion, all while navigating how to love. And I think it’s about how when you feel lost, all you want to do is just be alone and wallow in self pity sometimes but all you need is one person to show you love to inspire you to keep going and hopefully to start loving yourself too. There also some behind the scenes on Sean and Kaycee’s YouTube channel if you are ever interested in watching it on your own time to see what the process was like to make the film (and to hear them explain what it means in their own words).
