Nah, buck was a spoiled entitled brat throwing a temper tantrum because he couldn’t put his team and the public in danger. The lawsuit completely ruined him for me. He’ll never not be immature, spoiled and coddled.

2024-04-18 00:12:24 +0000 UTCI see both sides of the lawsuit, but I'm on Buck's side. I admit a large part of that comes from knowing Buck's backstory and the fact that I don't think Bobby was handling the situation as an object captain but as a scared parent. Buck's wrapped up his whole existence around being a fire fighter, all of the people he considers family are eather part of the 118 a family member to them. Maddie is the only person her didn't find though the 118 and she's dating Chim so she's mixed into that. That's the thing the others don't see their all Buck has and he felt like he was going to be right back where he started alone and purposeless. I also get Bobby being worried for Buck and not wanting to loose someone he's come to see as his son but he made the first stupid and selfish decision by blocking Buck's return instead of setting down with him and having an adult conversation.
