I completely agree Travis. Vi and "cupcake," as Vi calls her, lol, definitely have more than a platonic connection ;). The soundtrack and score for this show blend together so well with the animation style, character arcs/growth, and plot! Glad you got to see Mel's mom! She's such an interesting character. Such a strong presence, but she obviously cares for her daughter underneath that tough exterior, although she balances that with advancing her own power. Love Jace's reaction to her leisurely strolling up to him in her birthday suit, lol. The last episode is a doozy, so prepare yourself Travis (unless you've already seen the episode, lol)!
