2023-01-24 13:20:17 +0000 UTCThis is definitely the episode that shows the complete difference between the Angel we know and love versus Angelus, who is so sadistic and cruel. Intense! And I'm right there with you... when I saw this episode for the first time, I was NOT expecting him to kill Jenny. I thought Buffy would show up or she'd manage to get away or something. But when watching it again, I can see how different it is this time - Angel had his game face on (so to speak). He went there to kill her, not just taunt anymore. So creepy!!! And that brief moment between Buffy and GIles outside of the warehouse just guts me. When she hugs him and says, "You can't leave me. I can't do this alone..." ow ow ow owwwwwww. Season 2 has some really great episodes. So glad you're enjoying them! Can't wait to see how you feel about the finale! ;)

That seems to be the consensus among Buffy fans (including myself). It'll be interesting to see how you respond to the remaining episodes of the season ;)
