Addison's objection was that he did not see her with Mark and come in the room to attack him, like he did when he saw him talking to Meredith. Derek claims it is "for sleeping with Addison", but she was calling out that his reaction at that time considering the context in juxtaposition with Meredith is inconsistent if it was really about Mark and Addison. He "turns around and leaves" (town) after their fight.

She was the one to start to break through to Izzy but she also let us see a part of her that we haven't seen much which is just how truly and deeply she respects the people she keeps in her circle and while she may not have agreed with what Izzy did she would have done it for Burke.
