2023-03-21 01:02:08 +0000 UTCGlad you liked it Travis! Ryder is quite different from Buck isn't he? Oliver Stark certainly filled out after Into the Badlands (I know you appreciate that Travis, lol). The action in this show is excellent! This show is basically a post-apocalyptic Western (with no guns, mentioned in this episode, so not a spoiler ;) ) with a heavy emphasis on martial arts and swordplay. So choreographed is a good way to put it as fights (especially movie/TV fights) are closely related to dancing. It's one of the reasons why dancers make such good action stars (like Jackie Chan). This show definitely has a cult following, but not nearly as much as a lot of the bigger shows that you're reacting to Travis. I hope it does well in the polls, but I'm not gonna hold my breath
