2023-09-07 19:34:57 +0000 UTCKane going to sacrifice himself to manually launch the Ark always gets to me, it just shows how much a person can change and develop even during one season. It also gets me that Jaha stayed behind to be the one to do it but it just makes sense with the Captain going down with his ship as you said but mostly so he can get to see Wells again which just gets me emotional every time. I love the moment of Bellamy letting Octavia go with Lincoln and trusting him to look after her which just warms my heart but then there's the moment between the Blake siblings which is just precious and emotional even more so with Bellamy's "My life didn't start until then." It just shows in that moment how much Bellamy loves Octavia with his whole being. It makes me love him so much and i love that you love him too. It always sucks seeing the different stations of the Ark exploding on the way down to Earth, knowing that they'll never get to experience it but unfortunately, they were the unlucky ones as like they said, they didn't know which stations would explode on reentry. It is made better by Abby explaining to Jaha what Earth was like and getting to experience it through her. and now you know where Monty disappeared off to; Mount Weather! The place the 100 were originally supposed to go in the beginning of the show and now are in Mount Weather so they've come full circle. The only thing that makes me sad is there is a deleted scene from this episode of one of Bellamy's speeches and it is a really good speech and one of my favourites actually! Anyway, as much as season one has a nostalgic place in my heart, I can't wait for you to experience season two because it is really amazing!

One thing this show does so well is their character arcs, their ability to change your opinion about characters that you previously thought you liked or disliked and vice-versa.
