MIC TEST ~ Amazon Basics vs. HyperX Solocast vs. Fifine K678
Added 2025-01-14 06:35:28 +0000 UTC❗️bonus video ❗️
I’m leaving in a couple days for my next trip and I’m looking for a lighter weight mic! On past trips I took the Fifine k678 and it has worked quite well, but it is a bit heavy. So I got two microphones the Amazon basics and the hyper X solo cast and tested them out against the Fifine mic. Let me know what you think!
After watching this video back, I’m kind of leaning towards sticking to the Fifine mic, but if I were to keep one, I actually think I like the Amazon basics mic better! It’s also smaller and lighter weight. But let me know your thoughts !!! I feel like both microphones pick up mouth sounds and clickiness quite well, but might have too much white noise and might lack picking up other sounds. The Fifine mic is definitely more bass-y which is why I like it better.
