I actually more in favor of the previous design. this one looks too young to be a mother. And personally i hope she could be more curvy.

Only criticism is the proportions on the arms is a little awkward - her right hand is okay, I think, but the left definitely looks odd - the forearm kinda looks like it might be being foreshortened implying it's bent at the elbow, but the wrist isn't bending properly from it. Just needs a little tweaking! :)
