For Penny's new dom scene. I got it to trigger once, but never a second time. I even thought that it might be on a timer so tried every day for 2 weeks yet still no second trigger. Is that intentional? Also, any other events other than the "game" she wants to play?

So, all it is is a very minor variation on the random scene where the older woman Penny is servicing has a chance of being Ava instead, if you've happened to give Ava the MCS-X. It really isn't worth getting worked up over, but some will find it enjoyable :)

yes, in the past (before chapter 3 was a thing) I tried them once (all 3 variants) wasn't a fan, (not a fan of bad ends generally) so haven't used them since, if a new variant for ava was added I wasn't aware (don't see how the town bike would work in the office)

I try to keep myself rather up to date on this game, Ava working for the company is a completely new thing, I would know if it had been mentioned before (mainly because I would have immediately asked how do we get her to work there if it wasn't spelled out) It's possible that its a future thing, ie in a future update Ava will (or will have the option or after meeting criteria) work at the company, when that happens this penny event will proc, I mean think about it, assuming all the events and changes are already laid out, they would/should be adding stuff to penny now to future proof/prepare for the known changes other characters will have, they probably just wouldn't (or shouldn't) add it to the change notes until it actually affects that particular character

I was wondering the same thing. Sometimes I hear of content I haven't seen, and it's frustrating, because I don't want to play the game 10 times over just to find one scene I missed. Kinda makes me burn out on it.
