It seems we're having a bevy of hosting solutions... again... so I've been working to put together some solutions to get everyone playing. We've gotten our former host dusted off and up to date and it seems to be handling the online version of the game much better. In addition, I've uploaded our custom image packs to an alternative host. I can't say what the ultimate solution is going to end up being, but until I can get some concrete feedback from hosting support this is the course we'll be charting for the immediate future.
I apologize for all the inconvenience, and ask you bear with me a little longer.

Do you have a CDN for the static content? Most of your content is HTML & Images so having a S3 bucket + CDN or just a CDN in front of the content so that it's cached in multiple places in the world. They can get pricey so check out BunnyCDN, seems pretty affordable.
