決済エラーは当方からの対応が困難であることをご理解ください。
連続的な支援者が決済エラーを起こした場合、メンバーシップへの再入会をお願いします。当月分の支払いは自然と止まり、一か月の期間内であれば、入会と退会を繰り返しても支払いは定額のままです。
新規会員が決済エラーに遭遇した場合は、『支払い方法』をご確認のうえでメンバーシップ再入会を試してみてください。 決済エラーが発生した時点では、料金の支払いは発生しませんので何度でも試すことができます。

결제 에러에 대해서는 대응이 곤란한 경우가 있으므로, 양해 바랍니다.
계속 서포터 쪽에서 결제 에러가 발생했을 경우는, 재차 회원 등록을 부탁드리겠습니다. 당월분의 지불은 당연하고, 1개월 이내이면 입회와 탈퇴를 반복해도 지불액은 고정됩니다.
신규 회원의 경우, 지불 에러가 발생했을 경우는, 「지불 방법」을 확인하신 후, 다시 회원 등록을 시험해 주세요.
결제 에러가 발생한 경우에도 수수료는 들지 않으므로, 몇 번이라도 거래를 다시 해 주실 수 있습니다.
