Lot to report this week
-New art assets. I showed off most of them in the recent drawing dump
- New UI elements. The windows and cursor highlighter have a new look, as seen in the attached files 1 and 2. Nothing too crazy but adds a bit of character. Thoughts appreciated.
-Bondage game update. The bondage game now has a background and sound cues for all buttons. See attched image 3 for more details. Thoughts appreciated.
-Four of the endings are done. Part 4b is done (still needs to be fully wandering off-proofed). The last ending we're holding off on until near the end since it relies on two different tracks to function and the middle is missing from the database.
-Failure endings are done. The dialogue for if you guess the wrong person has now been added.
-Bartender Dialogue/Tutorial. There is now an optional tutorial at the beginning and dialogue for the bartender at the very end of the game that hints at how to get the other endings.
-Commissioned a custom icon. I hope to show it off next week.
-Cactus has been busy but has pushed along more of part 4a.
Upcoming
-This coming week I plan to focus on a custom game over image and the 4 ending images I still need to do.
-I plan to look into editing some sprites for the chair-tied stuff. There's also a pack thing I'm looking into that might provide better models for captives.
-I'm going to look more into the sound side of the game. Search out more free Pixabey music for key scenes and overall, just better score the various parts of the game as opposed to it mostly being town 8.
-Work on some of the wandering off-proofing.
