His design - and color scheme - makes me wonder if he's related to shark-chef lady... 🤔 (Which made me go down the mental path that wonders if shark-chef lady actually has big jugs underneath her chef outfit and the speculative image of THAT made me do a full reverse. Hm.) Looking forward to seeing what role the new characters will play in the story~!
