-There were plans for a gloomy doll themed femboy guest. He even had a mockup room with dolls in it. He was eventually scrapped in favor of Nessie, who was conceived around the same time. The only notes for them were "Nessi: Blue hair, sharp teeth, yellow eyes, nautical look Doriah: Black hair, olive green, even expression, doll look".
-The treasure ending and route are inspired by Scooby Doo Meets the Boo Brothers. In this special, Scooby, Shaggy, and Scrappy must follow a series of clues to find a hidden treasure hidden on a haunted plantation. The final clue, the location of the treasure, and defeat of the manager are directly taken from the end of the movie.
-By far the hardest room to code was Mara's from part 4. This is because it has 3 ways to get in, 3 ways things can play out, and also had variables to set the endings. There were frequent problems with events overlapping, not ticking variables correctly, and more. Some of these problems were fixed by shifting the ending variables to Abby, while the rest were trial and error.

I can guess Maras room was a nightmare to get right, especially since it’s like the dividing path for all the different endings. Also that doll femboy idea sounds interesting, like Nessie’s addition (adds more depth to the roster) but always a sad miss with doll based characters.
