There’s a lot to love here with Paige and Katrina. Not just because they are two of the most amazing models we’ve shot, but also because we love the conversations, jokes, and reactions we get during the process of creatively collaborating with them.
What constitutes “Outtakes?”
When the photographer asks a question and trips the shutter just as one or both of the models answers.
When the model coincides their repositioning of wardrobe, hair, or body parts with the release of the shutter.
When there are shots that are nearly identical to other images already included in prior sets. (As in when the photographer says, “Apparently I liked that shot so much I took it twice.”)
When one or both of the models get the giggles.
And, rarely, when there is a pose, gesture, or expression that deserves to be shared…despite the photographer missing focus or exposure or angle.
