What would be the minimum amount of waifus you would want to be able to unlock upon release?

I know this is a tricky question as there are a lot of factors to consider. But i'm just trying to guage a benchmark for how many waifus I should be looking to create for the release of the game, essentially the minimum amount that would be happy to see me announce for the release.
