Tier 2 Poll - Protagonist - Futanari Alternative?

So right now the protagonist is a somewhat androgynous male. Ultimately the protagonist will have a penis. So would people want me to create a Futanari alternative you could play as?
As this wouldn't require too much deviation from the sprites etc.
