Gift of Hedone: Story Help (Part 2) [Spoilers]

Hello you beautiful deviants,

I did a recent post about the first part of the story, and how I wanted to potentially portray consent, and the feedback was absolutely amazing, thank you so much everyone! I love this community. It game me plenty to think about.

There was one main concern really about setting the scene that consent is important. And I agree with the feedback that if you are essentially presented an ultimatum about surviving through a lewd act, is that really consent?

For some additional context - the reason I wanted to establish this here is that the connection between the protagonist and the princess is a pivotal part of the story. And it is through an "interaction" they discover how deep their connection is, but don't necessarily understand why.

So this is what I am now thinking:

In the aftermath of the fight, the princess finds you in a poor state, and transports you to a secluded place to nurture back to health. In this time, I could portray an ethereal connection or hint at it, that by being in each others presence there's this unexplained yearning for one another.

Once you come to, you are conscious and sound of mind, you begin talking, the dialogue leads to the conclusion of you two being intimate.

And bam, the connection triggers which will unfold into other things...

How does this sound instead, so its still early on that some fun intimacy happens, but its not whilst you are mortally wounded.
