Gift of Hedone: Class specific "world abilities"?

Hello you sexy deviants,

So in Gift of Hedone I plan to have some protagonist based world abilities to assist with region locks to help with progression of the story in the correct order.

However I wanted to get your opinion on sub-class based world abilities to encourage having a team of each subclass.

For example, Rogue may have lockpicking, Warrior "Breaking down a wall to a secret area", and Sorcerer "Dispel illusion" So there would be hidden treasure or maybe requirements for side quests etc.

Do you like when games do this, or not?

yeah exactly, so you wil have the protagonist, and 3 other slots in your team, so the idea of having these class specific skills is to encourage team synergy and having different subclasses in your team

Will this be a team you build in game? Like Final Fantacy or something?

Maybe not something like "only they can do it" but more of a like " they have a natural understanding/ability to it" type of thing, like D&D and Baldur's Gate 3, specific class and subclass have more advantage against certain things
