I think I had a pretty tiring day, and honestly, I just wasn't in the mood to write earlier. I stared at a blank notepad for over an hour, then suddenly, I got a spark of inspiration. But by then, it was too late to properly polish the chapter, since I only had a rough draft.
In recent chapters, your votes and comments have really opened my eyes to something important: many of you are here not just for the reactions or world-building, but for the characters themselves.
Looking back, I realize I may have misread some earlier feedback. I thought some readers found the MC boring, so I took the easier path and wrote him less, focusing more on reactions and world-building instead. But that was a mistake on my part. If I want to continue this novel for the long run, I need a stronger MC, someone with real personality, passion, and emotional depth. That's something I haven't explored enough yet.
So, moving forward, I’ll balance character dynamics with reactions to add more emotional depth and focus on the characters.
