It's very cute, giving her a cute, meddlesome appearance. I also like #1, seeing as how the red hair just makes her drop-dead sexy. But, with what little I've heard you say about Mage B and how playful she is (in comparison to Talia's no-nonsense approach), the pink would suit her more. Also, giving Mage B pink hair is a nice visual counter to Talia's purple color scheme.
