2022-09-09 15:56:29 +0000 UTCI'm trying to write Mushie as non-binary. Mostly because it seems like a neat writing exercise. They are biologically female though, if that helps any, with all of the corresponding hormonal fun. They... don't seem to care much for their own gender, and are likely to use whichever is most socially advantageous at any given time.

Because she doesn’t seem to care as long as it’s convenient, and we don’t get any indication from her. I guess this could also be a byproduct of an adult mind an a child’s body, with their lack of hormones and definitive guidance from a parental figure on the matter, yeah I don’t think she cares outside of the intellect knowledge that she’s a girl.

2022-09-09 14:26:41 +0000 UTCI’m not sure if this is intentional or not, but considering that people have trouble differentiating her gender… yeah. Edit: with everything we know probably the best way to describe her as unnerving. A kid with the temperament of an adult with a morality compass so skewed it’s not clear if she even considers humans of the same species.
