SCS TTRPG - Hope//Punk - Update Eight!

Just a minor update!
We're doing another Playtest on the Discord in... about 20 minutes, and I need everyone to have the same version of the game, so here's Version 0.28!
Updated the Backgrounds a bit, added a few rules, changed some things around, and added 1 more Antithesis model!
Also, we have the rough draft of the Character Sheet:
Uh... very rough draft! But hey, it's a start!
I'm planning to tackle Traits and Status Effects next! And once that's done (and all of the Catalogues are completed) I can finally start on the Lore sections! I'm gonna waffle back and forth on that, but I'm thinking... maybe a short story between each section, and then a longer lore breakdown at the end?
Oh, and I need a Roleplaying Rules section too!
