The original airing in 2016 ended with a happy ending. They weren't that horrible to leave us with a cliff-hanger for 5 years.... And, now you know why the letter that was sent was blank! Rem was the one who wrote and sent the letter, and because her existence was erased from the world, so was the content of the letter. That also explains why Ram never asked about Rem's status even though they're sisters. God, I can't wait for y'all reactions to season 2. Keep it up!
