A Little Information On One Of The Crack Couples & Quick Update

In this blog I'm going to talk a little bit about one of my favorite couples in my "crackverse", an alternative universe where all of these funny or unlikely couples get together.

Konohamaru & Kushina

KonKushi is a shortening or abbrevation of Konohamaru x Kushina, it also sounds good when you say it, in my opinion. People always assume I only like this pairing because of the age difference, the shota fetish or something like that. While I don't have anything against it, those fetishes aren't the reason I draw what I draw. Other funny or unlikely pairings that I like are Zoro x Nami, Luffy x Nami, Luffy x Jewelry Bonney, Natsu x Erza (Fairy Tail) and many more. None of these have any large age difference, but they are just as interesting, funny and unlikely to happen.

I like the KonKushi pairing mostly because I find the way I see the two of them interacting to be funny and interesting. The fact that Kushina is married to the most powerful Hokage ever, and mother to Konohamaru's big brother figure and best friend, also adds to the humorous and forbidden aspect of this relationship. It's a lot of fun to draw, especially the hentai images with an unknowing Minato in the background. It's also a pairing I really enjoy writing about.

The fact that both Kushina and Konohamaru are known to be pranksters (which is canon), are both loud and so on. Basically they are both very similar to Uzumaki Naruto personality wise. As much as I love NaruKushi (Naruto x Kushina), I prefer to pair him with Kurenai, Anko and a few others. Also I think Konohamaru x Kushina becomes even more hillarious when you imagine that it was Naruto that got them together. Meaning that he is aware of their secret relationship, while poor Minato for the most part isn't.

Here is a KonKushi watermark. Everyone should have it printed out and have it attached to their car windows as a sticker. Gotta represent the best ship! Jokes aside, this is a watermark or tag, that I created using the colors of Konohamaru's scarf and Kushina's green dress. I often use the colors of their hair or clothes in various items that I have in my picture. In "Kushina's scroll of secrets" both the scroll and the pen is an example of that. If they are in any images with speechbubbles, I usually have Kushina's speechbubbles written in red, like her hair. Konohamaru's speechbubbles are blue, like his scarf.

This is my favorite pairing to draw right now and you will have a lot more KonKushi art to look forward to in the future.

Update

The Konohamaru x Kushina comic "Photo Booth Date Part 2" will be done soon. Hopefully tonight or tomorrow. Unless I decide to draw some funny things in the background (which sadly I often end up doing), all I have left now is to add backgrounds and speechbubbles to the images. When it's done, it will be uploaded on pixiv, using the same style of speechbubbles like in part 1.

On fanbox you will get that + a version of the comic with different speechbubbles, a style that I think looks better. It's the same style as the one I used in "Kushina's Scroll of Secrets", where the speechbubbles looks more like clouds, rather than white rectangles. You will also get all the images without text and with different backgrounds. You will also get the images like they would look after they have been printed from that photobooth, with heart frames around the pictures.

In the future more of my art will only be uploaded here on fanbox. I will only show those images as previews on PIXIV, in much smaller resolution and lower quality and very censored if any genitals are shown. While here on fanbox you will get them in the best quality and resolution, and very likely more versions of it. Some of my images will be shared in full resolution to everyone though, but not every single picture like I did in the past.

Now with Christmas coming soon, I'll likely draw at least one fanart with some christmas outfits or themes. I'm also considering writing a one chapter fanfiction, of one of the pairings hooking up on Christmas. This one chapter fanfiction would only be available to jounin fans on fanbox. Another fanfiction idea I have is for Kushina to get Konohamaru a special present on his birthday, which happens to be on December 30th. Not decided on that yet, all I know is that I will write at least one fanfiction oneshot in December, which my jounin fans can look forward to.
