Hi everyone! The next chapter of the "Teacher and Student" fanfiction is now done. The next chapter, chapter 6, is almost done as well. At the end of the next chapter, I am going to ask you, the readers, for some input about how to proceed with the story. I have some ideas that could change the story drastically, mainly when it comes to the world they are in and if I should make it a cross over with other anime shows. None of that is set in stone, and if you all prefer the story to continue like it has been, then that is what I'm going to do. I will explain my ideas a lot more in detail at the end of the next chapter. For now, I hope you enjoy reading chapter 5 of this story!

Chapter 5 - Confessions 1

“Kurenai-san, even though I am here, you are the one that is in charge. So what do you think is the best way for us to go about in making sure this mission is a success?” Jiraiya asked.

Kurenai had a long and thought out response for him.

“I had some time to think about that last night. We should always be guarding the strip club during the evenings and nights, since those are the times of the day when it's most likely for that bandit group to arrive. Even scoundrels like them wouldn't be stupid enough to come over in the middle of the day, with so many people around. Due to that, I think it might be best to split up into two groups. One group will guard the strip club during the early evening hours, while the other guards the strip club from late evening into early morning hours. During the day, we can leave one of Naruto's clones here as extra insurance, just in case they are stupid enough to attack then. That will allow us to train during the days, while we focus on our mission objective during the evenings and nights” Kurenai said.

She was hoping that they would split up the teams the same way they had been doing, with her and Naruto being together, while Jiraiya teams up with the two he had been assigned to train and protect. This way she would be able to be alone with Naruto again, without having Ino and Sakura getting in the way.

Jiraiya nodded in approval “Sounds like you have given this some thought. Instead of a Naruto clone, I'll leave a summoning toad here that will alert me if anyone enters the strip club without permissions during the daytime. That will allow the brat to focus solely on his training”.

Kurenai offered a slow nod in agreement, while saying “Okay”.

“What time do you suggest the first team start guarding the strip club, and when should the second team take over?” Jiraiya asked.

“The first team guards the strip club from 5 PM to 11 PM. The second team will then take over from 11 PM to 5 AM. That gives both teams six hours of guard duty, which frees up the rest of the day to either rest or train” Kurenai answered, taking a sip of her tea.

“No complaints here” Jiraiya said with a chuckle “May I request to be teamed up with Naruto?” he asked, pointing a thumb at Sakura and Ino. who are currently grinning at each other, since they figured they would be teamed up with Jiraiya, which meant that they would finally be able to get back to fucking him all day long. What Jiraiya said next, had them stop grinning in favor of glaring at the old pervert.

“I'm already sick of these two”.

“Isn't the only reason you are here because you were assigned to look after their training and prepare them for this harsh and rotten world?” Kurenai asked.

Jiraiya hung his head in defeat “I know, but you can't blame me for trying to escape them. They are even more annoying than the king of brats, over there” he said nodding towards Naruto, across the table. Naruto flipped him the bird, while Ino spoke through gritted teeth “Ero-sennin..” in a threatening tone. Sakura didn't say anything, she just glared at her secret boyfriend, promising pain and punishment for him later, due to what he had said this morning and the way he had ignored her yesterday.

Kurenai cleared her throat, as she spoke in a serious tone “It was Hokage-sama's orders that you oversee their training and protect them. I don't want to go against his orders, even if you find your assignment annoying. I think it's best that I team up with Naruto-kun, while you team up with Sakura-chan and Ino-chan”. The thing about following the hokage's orders was obviously not the main reason why she wanted to team up with Naruto, but it gave her a good excuse to always put her and Naruto together.

Jiraiya chuckled “I know, I was just teasing the little brats” he said. Jiraiya had obviously not been serious about trying to avoid being teamed up with Ino and Sakura. He just wanted to make it seem like he found them annoying, just to protect their secret. The truth was that he couldn't wait until he is alone with them, so that the three of them can make up for lost time. Jiraiya then stuffed his mouth with the last bit of his toast bread, then he emptied his coffee mug. “Me and the brats will take the early evening guard shift. You and the brat can guard the strip club during the later shift” Jiraiya said as he got up from his chair.

Kurenai smiled “Sounds good” she said. She didn't mind that at all, even though they might have to sacrifice some sleep, due to guarding the strip club until 5 in the morning. With that late shift, they could use the rest of the day training, and maybe even go on some dates in the evenings, if they stay here long enough. Jiraiya then started heading towards the exit of the strip club“Let's go brats, we are going to train until it's time for our shift!”

“Yes, Jiraiya-sensei!” Sakura and Ino responded at the same time, as they both flew up from their chairs, following Jiraiya. Once outside, they turned a corner before Jiraiya put his hands on their asses, aggressively squeezing his fingers into their tight butts.

Instead, the three of them planned to catch up on sleep as soon as Kurenai and Naruto gets out of their way. While they were eating, Naruto asked something he had been pondering about since yesterday.

“Hey, Ero-sennin, wouldn't we complete this mission faster if we just headed out and searched for those bandits, instead of waiting for them to come for us?” Naruto asked.

Jiraiya nodded, then swallowed his food before replying “That's true, but the problem is that you have to find them first. Do you know where their base is located?”

“No?” Naruto said with a raised eyebrow “That's why I said we should go out and search for them, with an emphasize on search. Is your hearing going bad, old perv?”

Jiraiya's eyebrows started twitching, as he growled at Naruto “Brat..” while Ino, Sakura and Kurenai giggled at his expense.

“Fine, have it your way, brat. Me and the two other brats will remain here and guard the strip club then. It makes sense I am already the one that keeps a watch over this place while we are out training. That is, if Kurenai-san is willing to go along with this, since she will be the one babysitting you” Jiraiya said, ending his sentence with a lighthearted laugh.

Naruto frowned “Wanna take this outside, Ero-sennin?” he spoke through gritted teeth.

Jiraiya ignored him in favor of focusing on the dark haired jounin beauty “What do you think Kurenai-san?”.

Kurenai faced him with a kind smile “I wouldn't mind babysitting him at all” she said in an amused tone, causing Jiraiya to laugh, while Ino and Sakura giggled, this time at Naruto's expense. Jiraiya stopped laughing soon after that, due to Naruto sending him flying with a flying kick to the head. Naruto then grabbed Kurenai's arm gently “Let's go, Kurenai-chan” he said, getting a nod from a smiling Kurenai, before the two of them left the strip club together. Ino and Sakura looked at each other with open mouths “-chan!?” they spoke at the same time in horror.

Jiraiya then returned to the table, without a single scratch on him, as he had not actually taken any damage from that kick, but he was still glaring at the door “Stupid brat, I'll get you for that” he muttered. His mood improved somewhat when Sakura and Ino sat down in his lap, putting one of their arms around him. Now that they were alone again, there was no reason why they couldn't get comfortable.

“Piggy, you said Kurenai-sensei was dating Asuma-sensei right?” Sakura asked, as the two of them were still staring at each other in horror, even though they were getting comfortable with Jiraiya.

Ino nodded “That's what I heard, anyways”.

“She wouldn't try anything with Naruto-kun, would she?” Sakura asked in a worried tone.

“I don't know.. I don't think so” Ino said in unsure tone while frowning. Jiraiya then put his arms around them as well, leaning down a bit to stick out his tongue. The two girls responded instantly, as they started another three way tongue kiss make out session. Jiraiya wanted them to drop the subject and think of something else, because he is pretty sure he knows the answer to their question. Would Kurenai try anything with Naruto? Jiraiya is convinced that the answer is yes, yes she would. And he hopes that the two of them are having their own fun in secret, at least then he would feel a little less bad about what he and the others are doing behind everyone's back. He would also be very proud of his godson, if he managed to hook up with a beauty like Kurenai. After a quick make out session at the breakfast table, the three of them returned to bed to get some actual sleep this time.

In the meantime, Naruto and Kurenai headed out of town to start their search for that bandit group. Naruto really wanted to find them, so that he could kick their asses before throwing them into a jail cell. He wasn't going to hold back at all against them, as he, just like most sane people, weren't really a big fan of murders and rapists. Had they stopped at just robbing places, he might have held back a little when dealing with them, considering that they are just small fry bandits. But now he was looking forward to shoving a rasengan into all of them.

They returned at 10:30 in the evening, having searched the whole day without any luck. They did cover many large areas nearby though, which would make the searching easier tomorrow. Since they had not been doing any training today, as they were only focused on their search, their was no chance for Naruto to earn himself a reward today. But later, when they were done with their guard duty, Naruto at least fell asleep with Kurenai in his arms again. That's not so bad either, and Naruto certainly wasn't complaining about the situation he was in.

The next day, Friday, Naruto and Kurenai headed out in search of the bandits once again. They started pretty late, after lunch, due to both of them needing to get more than a few hours of sleep for once. Later that day, as it was starting to get dark outside, Naruto and Kurenai finally found something. On the other side of the large mountain that they had been searching, they found what looked like a small village, high up on that mountain. The village was made up of mostly small huts, which was most likely the housing. There was also one larger hut, which could be the housing for the leader figure of that village, or maybe some kind of meeting hall. It was unclear to Naruto an d Kurenai if this was the bandits base or camp. It could just be a small village with civilians as well. What they did know, as they searched through the village and it's huts, was that they had yet to see a single person.

That was the case with all of the huts, as all of them was empty of people, but still had beds and various items in them that pointed towards people still living there. Weapons, jewelry and a whole lot of alcohol, were some of the items they found. It was very likely that this is a camp that belongs to some kind of bandit group.

All of the huts were empty except for one, as they ventured into the large hut. As soon as they entered it, both Kurenai and Naruto held their noses, due to the incredibly disgusting stench that hit their noses. This was a small that Kurenai had smelled before, the smell of human corpses. Her smell proved to be correct, as they found about twenty large and tall deceased men, all naked, laying dead inside that hut.

“I'll investigate what happened to them, you don't have to see this, Kurenai-chan” Naruto said

Kurenai scoffed when she heard that “That's my line, Naruto-kun. I have seen worse things than this, don't worry about me”.

“Have it your way” Naruto said, shaking his head. He just wanted to be nice by offering to investigate what happened inside the hut alone, so that she wouldn't have to deal with the stench and the gross scene. What they saw before them, confused them both a little bit. Their naked state, was one of the things that confused them, considering that no women are present at all. They could be naked due to some kind of ritual. They could also be a homosexual bandit tribe, who were in here having some kind of gay orgy, before something happened to them. If the latter was the case, then they were most likely not the group of bandits they were searching for, considering that group had sexually assaulted women, whenever they had barged into that strip club to take over the building for a few hours, partying, robbing and assaulting people.

But they did find things that should be belonging to that strip club, inside that large hut. Things such as jewelry matching the jewelry that had been stolen from the strippers and even the owner's own wife, bar stools looking a lot like the ones that could be found inside the strip club, and quite a lot of female clothing, mostly bras and panties. That pretty much confirmed that this is most likely the group of bandits they are looking for, or at least some people that used to be a part of them.

Naruto had checked the pulse on all of them, confirming that none of them were breathing. When he did so, he had noticed than none of them had any injures or small wounds. Sure a few of them had some scars, most likely from battles in the past, but none of them had any recent wounds.

“Were they poisoned?” Naruto thought out loud.

Kurenai nodded “That's what I think as well, or they all had some kind of disease”.

“We should get a medical ninja here to take a look before we move the bodies. Maybe a doctor ninja can figure out what happened to them” Naruto said, as he remembered what his mom had taught him, or rather beat into him. He knew what to do in all situations. Kurenai nodded again, as the two of them walked out of the hut, both needing to breath some fresh air after having withstood that horrible stench for several minutes.

“Do you have a way to contact Jiraiya-sama?” Kurenai asked.

“Why?” Naruto asked with a raised eyebrow.

Kurenai sighed “We have to let them know what we have found. I think it very likely that this is the bandit group we have been looking for. They could return to Konoha to get a medic, while we stay here and make sure no one ruins the crime scene”.

“Oh yeah, I get what you mean” Naruto said with a chuckle. He then grinned confidently at her “I think you are underestimating me a little bit though, Kurenai-chan”.

Kurenai frowned “I am not..” she started when Naruto interrupted her, with a grin he said “Here!” while handing her a rather unique kunai with three pointy ends, rather than one. A three pronged kunai, the kinds that only his father, the yellow flash, uses.

“I'll get Ero-sennin here first, since he is closer. I'll then head back to Konoha and get a medic nin here in no time, dattebayo!” Naruto said.

Kurenai smiled when realization hit her. She then chuckled “The Flying Thunder God Technique, how could I forget? Obviously every genin ninja knows that technique!” she said sarcastically, she then stuck out her tongue playfully, causing Naruto to laugh.

“I'll be right back with Ero-sennin!” Naruto said, before disappearing in a flash of yellow. He teleported back to the strip club, appearing inside the room he had been staying at. Jiraiya and his two lovers were in luck, because if Naruto had teleported back ten minutes earlier, he would have most likely caught them having sex, red handed. Now they were safe, as they were upstairs in the lobby, having started their guard duty for the night. Naruto went upstairs and found Jiraiya talking to the owner, while enjoying a drink. Naruto slammed his hand on his back, hard, causing Jiraiya to shout “Ouch!!! You brat!!” knowing exactly who hit him.

Naruto ignored him, as he kept his hand on Jiraiya's back. Then without explaining anything, he along with Jiraiya disappeared in a flash of yellow, leaving Ino and Sakura the the entrance of the strip club, blinking in confusion, as they wondered what was going on.

Naruto then returned to Kurenai's location, bringing Jiraiya with him.

“What are you doing, brat!?” Jiraiya yelled, glaring at Naruto.

“Shut up, we think we have found them. There are twenty dead bandits inside that hut” Naruto said in a serious tone. That got Jiraiya serious as well, as he asked in a concerned tone “Where they dead when you found them?”

He was concerned because he was worried that Naruto might have taken a life for the first time. Killing was a part of being a ninja, and not really a big deal in this world. But ninja are human as well, and it can affect them differently.

Naruto nodded “We think they could have been poisoned.”.

“I see” Jiraiya said, sighing in relief “I will have a look myself before we do anything else. I have a way to detect if they have been poisoned or not” Jiraiya said, as he walked straight towards the hut. Kurenai and Naruto waited outside while Jiraiya investigated on his own. Neither of them wanted to return to that stench, and they were both very well aware that Jiraiya is a lot more knowledgeable and experienced than the two of them. It was better to just let him focus on whatever it is he is doing. It didn't take Jiraiya longer than ten minutes, before he came back outside.

“They were definitely poisoned. I believe they have been deceased for two or three days. They have also been having some kind of sexual activity in there, which explains them being naked. There is semen everywhere, including the floor” Jiraiya said, which caused Kurenai to look at her shoes in disgust. She was going to burn them once she gets back home.

“Where are the women then?” Naruto asked.

“They could haven been gay” Kurenai chipped in.

Jiraiya shook his head “No, the evidence doesn't point to that, unless they have all been sitting in there masturbating each other. I think Naruto's question is the most valid. Where are the women?”.

“Maybe a rival bandit camp did something to them? Like a female bandit camp?” Kurenai asked.

Jiraiya shook his head “I think we would have been looking at a much bloodier scene if that was the case. I suspect they may have taken home a girl, who had allowed herself to get captured by them. She must have hidden her true skills, and stealthily and skillfully poisoned them during their sex act. Someone came here with the goal of assassinating them”.

“Just one girl?” Naruto asked with a raised eyebrow.

“Judging by what I see in there, that would be my guess” Jiraiya said with a sigh.

“What should we do now?” Naruto asked.

Kurenai was the one to answer “Get a medical ninja to confirm what Jiraiya just told us, then return the belongings that has been stolen. Our medical ninja will handle the transportation of the corpses”.

Jiraiya nodded “Your sensei is right. Go get one of Tsunade's underlings, I'll stay here with Kurenai-san in the meantime”.

“Roger that, Ero-sennin” Naruto said with a halfhearted salute, before disappearing in a flash of yellow again. Once Naruto returned with a medical ninja, that person was able to confirm most of what Jiraiya had just said. The only thing the medic nin couldn't agree on, was the number of girls that had been here. There was no way for the medical ninja to determine that. After helping the medic ninja seal the bodies within sealing scrolls, to bring back to Konoha for a more professional autopsy, Naruto, Kurenai and Jiraiya started heading back to the Tanzaki Quarters. They had all of the important stolen belongings with them, such as the jewelry. While heading back to town, Jiraiya had a bad feeling. He was wondering if it was possible that Hinata had something to do with this. What was she doing out here alone in the first place? And wasn't she being trained by Hiruzen to become a seductress? Is this her work?

After returning to the strip club, they told the owner and their two confused teammates about the situation. Since the bandits were no longer alive, they no longer had any reason to stay here and protect the strip club. That meant that their mission was done and they could start to head home. After getting their things, the five of them hit the road again, heading back to Konoha. Before they left, Naruto had suggested he takes them all back to Konoha using the flying thunder god technique. Kurenai was against that though, saying that walking back together like a team served as a sort of team building and was a way for the team to bond. In reality, she just wanted to be with Naruto a little longer tonight. It wouldn't take that long for them to walk back anyway, since Konoha isn't that far away. They should be back before midnight even.

Later that evening

The travel back to Konoha ended up being a lot different than the travel to Tanzaki quarters a few days ago. As soon as they hit the road, Sakura and Ino started getting whiny, complaining about being tired as they used that excuse to lean into Jiraiya for support. Jiraiya acted as if he was annoyed with having the two beauties leaning on him, as he frowned and his eyebrows kept twitching whenever Naruto or Kurenai looked at them. The two of them didn't really pay attention to the trio at all though, as they were walking in front of them, stealing glances from each other instead. Kurenai didn't want to end her day with just this. Since it's Friday, it wouldn't hurt if she and Naruto stayed up a bit later than normal and went out on a short impromptu date. Naruto had similar thoughts, although he was also thinking how nice it would be to get home to eat his mom's incredibly tasty meals again.

After getting back to the village, Jiraiya offered to debrief Minato on the mission details, taking Ino and Sakura with him. The way he said it, he made them think that he was doing them a favor, as that meant that Naruto and Kurenai could go home right away. In reality, Jiraiya had told Minato via a messenger toad, that they would return tonight. In preperation for their return, Minato had left a note at home, stating he would be working all night in the office. In other words, Jiraiya wasn't doing that as a favor, he just wanted their foursome to get started as soon as possible.

Kurenai couldn't be happier with this outcome though, as she waved to the trio as the three of them walked down the roads of Konoha. She and Naruto walked slower, down the same road.

“Naruto-kun, would you like to go on a walk with me around the village? There is something I would like to tell you” Kurenai said, with her cheeks reddening. This reward thing had been fun and all, but what she truly wanted was something real. That's why she has decided that she is going to tell Naruto about her feelings.

Naruto showed her a toothy grin “Sure, Kurenai-chan!” he said, resting his arms behind his head, as they started their walk. This time they didn't hold hands and Naruto didn't put his arms around her either. Naruto knew that if he was seen doing something like that with Kurenai in Konoha, then everyone would know about it the next day. Gossip and rumors about him has a way of spreading throughout the village like a wildfire. Naruto doesn't know why that is, but everyone else does. It's because all girls find him attractive, and if he shows even the smallest sign of being into someone, then that someone is the enemy of all other girls. Due to that, Anko and Ino, aren't the most popular with Naruto's most rabid fan girls. Both of them are very close friends with Naruto and has spent a lot of time with him in the past, including at his home.

The teacher and student duo eventually winded up at the bottom of the stairs that leads up to the mountain where the hokage monument, the stone faces, is located. The top of the mountain is a very popular training spot and a nice place to have a picnic during the day, while it's known as a popular make out and fooling around spot, during the evenings and nights. It's currently late in the evening, as the clock is nearing midnight.

“Let's head up the mountain, the view of the village is beautiful from up there at these hours” Kurenai said, blushing again. She just wanted to get him up there, so that they could find a private spot somewhere and she could confess.

“Sure” Naruto said staring at her with a raised eyebrow. As the two of them started heading up the stairs, Naruto asked in an amused tone “Do you know what this place is called at night?”

Kurenai nodded “It's where couples go to fool around”.

“Is that what we are gonna do, dattebayo?” Naruto asked with a wide grin.

Kurenai chuckled “I don't know about that, I do have something I want to tell you once we get up there though”.

“Okay..” Naruto said pouting “I sure wouldn't mind making out though..”.

Kurenai just giggled in response. She sure as hell wouldn't mind doing that either. But the fact that he was so blunt about it, just convinced her even more that now was the right time to confess.

After getting up the stairs, they were soon met with the sight of several civilian couples being on dates. Some of them were making out even. They wouldn't find any of the couples that are getting a bit more daring than that, out here. They would have to get a little further away from the edge of the mountain to see any of those couples.

“Follow me” Kurenai said, taking his hand in her own. She then lead him further away from the edge. After just walking for about a minute, they already saw a couple that were busy fooling around. A civilian man was kissing a civilian woman, while the man had his hand inside the woman's pants, fingering or rubbing her pussy. They kept going for another five minutes without running into another couple. Just as Kurenai was about to pick this spot as the place to confess, a noise caught both Naruto and Kurenai's attention. The noise was that of a woman moaning. They turned around and saw a naked man fucking an equally naked girl in the doggy style position. Even though it was dark outside, they could clearly see them due to the moonlight shining down on them.

“Aiiiiiiie!! Oh yeah, fuck me, Shikamaru-kun!!” the woman moaned.

The two lovers had not noticed Naruto and Kurenai, as they had their backs to them. Even if Naruto and Kurenai could only see their backsides, they knew exactly who they were looking at. Naruto would recognize the hairstyle of that man anywhere. The woman had also confirmed who it was, by moaning his name. The woman's voice and her hairstyle was also very recognizable. Both Kurenai and Naruto stared in disbelief, with their mouths agape, as they watched Nara Shikamaru fucking Shizune from behind.

After a few seconds, Kurenai covered Naruto's eyes, then whispered “Let's keep going!” before dragging him away. After creating some distance between themselves and the odd couple, Naruto blew out some air “Wow, way to go Shikamaru!”. He was honestly impressed that one of his best friends had managed to hook up with a beauty like Shizune. Kurenai didn't say anything until they had walked five more minutes. Now they weren't hearing anyone nearby and Kurenai thought this could be good spot. They had the leaves and branches of trees blocking the moonlight, It was so dark where they were, that no one should be able to see them here. She was even having hard time seeing Naruto. Luckily, they were still holding hands, so she knew that he was with her.

“Was that Shizune-san with him?” Kurenai asked, knowing the answer already. She just wanted Naruto to confirm it.

“Definitely was. No one squeals like she does” Naruto then did his best to mimic one of her squeals “Aiiiie!”.

“Well that's good. That means less competition for me” Kurenai said with a sexy smirk.

“Huh?” Naruto said, tilting his head “Less competition for what?”.

“The one I love” Kurenai said, smiling.

“Asuma-san?” Naruto asked.

Kurenai shook her head, before getting even closer to Naruto. She stared intently into his eyes, then said “I told you that I was going to break up with Asuma-san because I have fallen in love with someone else, remember?”

“Oh right..” Naruto said scratching the back of his head. He was staring right back into her eyes, not backing off even the slightest, but he was finding it hard to hold back a blush of his own. The woman in front of him, was blushing a deep shade of red at this point though.

“Does Shizune-nee like that guy too?” Naruto asked with a raised eyebrow.

Kurenai smirked. She wasn't going to answer that. She didn't want Naruto to know about his popularity any time soon. If he did, he could create the biggest harem the elemental nations has ever seen, with minimal effort. He would probably do it as well, considering how perverted he can be.

“Maybe, I don't know” Kurenai said in an alluring tone “Naruto-kun, Who do you think the person is that I'm in love with?”

Naruto shrugged “Honestly, I don't have the slightest clue. Other than Asuma-san, I don't think I have ever seen you with any guy. Unless it's Ero-sennin?” Naruto ended with a laugh.

“That's not funny” Kurenai said glaring at him playfully. She then smiled at him, biting her lips “It makes sense that you haven't seen him, but I have seen him every day for the past two weeks”.

“Huh, okay?” Naruto said in a confused tone “Was he with us on the mission?”.

“He was with me during most of the mission” Kurenai said, staring intently into Naruto's eyes again “I even slept in the same bed as him, every night”.

Naruto face palmed and whined dramatically “Damn it, you must have snuck out of my room in the nights to go see him..”

Kurenai sweat dropped “Naruto-kun, at this point you must have figured out that I'm talking about you”.

“What about me?” Naruto asked, pouting as he was still upset due to thinking that Kurenai had been seeing some other guy during the mission.

“You really are dense aren't you?” Kurenai said with a giggle “Do you think I would show my breasts in front of any guy? Do you think I'd share the bed with someone I don't like? Do you think I would go on a date with someone I'm not interested in..”

Naruto stared at her with wide eyes, as realization finally hit him. Maybe even the ninja Gods were mocking his stupidity, as he heard the sound of thunder in the distance, and seeing the flash of lightning, light up the sky for a split second. Naruto didn't get the chance to respond to that, before Kurenai had embraced him and pressed her lips against his. Naruto did respond to that though, as he started hugging her back, parting his lips and extending his tongue to meet Kurenai's waiting tongue. The two of them shared a long and passionate kiss, as they felt the rain drops starting to pour down on them.

After their first kiss, they stared intently at each other once again. Kurenai then smiled and said “You're the one I'm in love with, Naruto-kun”.

“I figured as much” Naruto said with a confident grin He then gave her a quick peck on the lips, before grinning at her again “Lucky me, because I'm in love with you as well, Kurenai-chan!”

Kurenai gasped, before closing the distance between them for another long and passionate kiss. After that kiss, the rain had really started to fall down. They both agreed to search for a sport with more trees, so that they could find more cover from the rain. They continued to make out while they walked, finding a good spot after a short walk. As they stood there making out, another flash of lightning lit up the sky, this time a whole lot more than before. They were even able to see their surroundings, and what they saw made both Naruto and Kurenai let go off each other in shock, while they stared at two people next to them, in pure disbelief.
