Shade Chie (for all!)

Really liking this new style I find it fun to work with.
Chie is wearing a dress because this is a Shade version of Chie Satonaka. Like the Shadow Chie in persona 4, this Shade version for Golden will act on impulses. This version in patricular wants to seduce the player.
